New Students (To Do List) : 

  1. Please check your email regularly to get important messages.
  2. Join my Google Classroom. (Invitation sent via email)
  3. I will call or email you to schedule first zoom meeting for orientation.
  4. Use Zoom Link above for meeting.
  5. Parents must complete Data Confirmation in Aeries portal.

iSierra - Student Expectations: 
  • Weekly Zoom meetings to review progress
  • Scheduled work/assignments must be completed PRIOR to weekly meeting.
  • Students enrolled in 6 courses simultaneously
  • Students must keep pace and make satisfactory progress in all classes.
  • Learning is done independently using computer-based lessons.
  • Testing Options:
    • Walk in testing (In-Person) No Appointment required
    • Online testing - Click here to schedule appointment
  • iSierra students may convert to the Regular Sierra Vista option at any time by with a parent email request to the teacher.
  • iSierra students may return to their home school at any time with a parent appointment with counselor.
 
 
Regular Sierra Vista - Student Expectations: 
  • Weekly meetings to review progress (Zoom or In-Person)
  • Scheduled work/assignments must be completed PRIOR to weekly meeting.
  • Individualized program developed for student.
    • Most learning is done independently using computer-based lessons.
    • Live Instruction Classes may be scheduled for some students depending on individual needs (Example: math).  These courses meet regularly each week and require in-person attendance and participation like a traditional school. 
  • Students must complete a minimum of 3 classes per quarter  (15 credits)
  • Testing Options:
    • Walk in testing (In-Person) No Appointment required
    • Online testing - Not Available
  • Regular Sierra Vista students may transfer to Frontier High School at the start of any quarter. (Counselor appointment required)
  • Regular Sierra Vista students may only transfer back to their home school at the start of a semester if they are completely caught up on all required credits. (Counselor appointment required)
